A former bank examiner for the U.S. Treasury, Paul is a seasoned fintech entrepreneur with a track record of building successful technology companies from the ground up. He founded Goldleaf Technologies, a sector pioneer that built and hosted over 1,000 regulatory compliant bank websites. Goldleaf developed the first web-based ACH processing software, utilized by over 3,000 financial institutions.
He also founded MCN Interactive, a leading digital agency that designed high-end websites, eCommerce platforms, and subscriptions services for iconic entertainment brands and corporations.
Currently, Paul is the CEO of Lendovative Technologies, Inc. and CBC Underwriters, Inc., which provides specialty insurance solutions to financial institutions.
Pat is a seasoned lending technology specialist and former commercial lender with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He spent the majority of his career at Jack Henry & Associates, where he held several key positions including Director of Banking Services and Director of Risk Management. Prior to that, Pat served as Senior Vice President in the Business Banking Division of NationsBank. He is a highly respected thought leader and author of numerous blogs and banking journal articles, including the RMA Journal, the Journal of Lending & Credit Risk Management, CU Times, and BAI Banking Strategies. Pat is also the author of a motivational book "From the River to the Rat Race," which chronicles his previous eight-year career as a riverboat pilot.

Lang is a two-time Grammy-winning musician and recording artist with a diverse background in technology. He previously served as the head of Web Development at Goldleaf Technologies, where he managed a large team of graphic designers, programmers, and account managers in creating, launching, and maintaining over 1,000 websites for financial institutions across the United States.
After leaving Goldleaf, Lang co-founded MCN Interactive, a highly regarded digital agency in Nashville that designed websites, content management systems, and eCommerce platforms for iconic music artists and corporations. With over 17 years of experience as a business owner, Lang understands the importance of prioritizing clients’ needs and helping them achieve their goals.

Barrington Allen is a seasoned sales professional with a successful track record in the telecommunications, banking, and pharmaceutical industries. He has received multiple awards for exceeding sales targets and expectations, and his previous experience includes positions at Cellular One (now Verizon), First Union Bank, and Schering-Plough (now Merck & Co., Inc.). At First Union Bank, Allen served as a Financial Consultant on Music Row and specialized in Private Banking for the entertainment industry.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Allen is also the author of "The Fallacy of Race" and a sought-after speaker on the subject of the Hebraic foundation of Christianity. Allen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Lendovative team, where he is committed to providing effective solutions to financial institutions.

Throughout his career, Brian has held leadership positions at startups, rapid growth companies, and mature firms, including Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Qdebit, Tecniflex, and Imagic Corporation. He has also worked as a Cloud Transition Executive at Xerox Business Services, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Computer Sciences Corporation, where he helped organizations leverage the power of cloud computing to drive growth and innovation.
Brian’s expertise in software design, cloud security, cloud infrastructure design, industry compliance, and business continuity has enabled him to deliver valuable and profitable services to clients across a range of industries. As a business owner himself, Brian understands the importance of putting the needs of the business and its clients first, and he always strives to provide the highest level of service possible. Brian is also an accomplished author and cloud expert, having written numerous best practices articles on the subject.
