Lendovative Technologies, Inc. (LTI) has named Paul McCulloch as its CEO. LTI is a provider and developer of niche lending technologies for community centered financial institutions in the United States.

Corporate President, Patrick True, commented on McCulloch’s new role in the organization, “Having worked with Paul since 1995, his skill set as an entrepreneur will serve Lendovative well, especially as the company prepares to launch its first SaaS offering to US based financial institutions. We are pleased to have him on board at Lendovative.”

McCulloch started his career as a bank examiner for the U.S. Treasury, OCC. Soon thereafter, he created and managed several Lloyds of London programs, insuring various sizes of financial institutions as well as large commercial companies such as Wal-Mart and GMAC. Paul has founded several technology companies, two of which were Goldleaf Technologies and MCN Interactive, where he served as CEO (respectively). Goldleaf was a pioneer in building and hosting over 1,000 regulatory compliant bank websites and was the first to develop a web-based ACH processing software utilized by over 3,000 financial institutions. Goldleaf also filed a patent as the first web-based provider of Check 21 compliant software to process scanned checks from small businesses for community banks nationwide. MCN Interactive was a leading digital agency in Nashville that designed high-end websites, content management systems and eCommerce platforms for iconic music artists and corporations such as Kenny Chesney, LadyA, Toby Keith, Kenny Rogers, Cracker Barrel, United Methodist Communications, and a host of others throughout the company’s 17-year existence. In addition to being named CEO of LTI, Paul also holds the same position for  CBC Underwriters , Inc. which provides specialty insurance solutions to financial institutions.
